Our new CD [teèk:] os avaiable in every cd shop in Italy!!

Labeled by Alternative Produzioni, a well-known company in Italy producing some of the best band now touring in Italy, and distributed by Venus, this last work of the band counts on many good guest that featured during recording sessions. Sandro Gibellini (one og the best jazz guitar player now in Italy) Riccardo Tesi, David Boato, and the Tv-star group Banda Osisris. The first singles are allready scheduled by Radio Dj (the first Company in Italy) and Radio2, one of the most followed national channel. Before starting with a hard-filled tour that brought us all over Italy (more that 30 gigs in 3 months!) and Germany, the band had the privilege to open Venice Carnival Celebration in S. Marco square and a lot shows guested by some of the most attractive clubs in Italy as Gate52 in Verona, Live in Trezzo near Milan, Hiroshima in Torino. Before that a lot of work was produced by the band such as a single (later added to the last CD): a cover from Osvaldo Farres, "Quizas, Quizas, Quizas", one of the most long-living tune from Cuba and a Live CD "Men in the street" containing more than one hour of explosive ska-jazz with skatalites-like cover and original tunes.
During 2004 the band produced by itself two videoclip, one from "Santamarta", an original tune contained in the first live-in-studio CD "Venice goes ska" and "Quizas, Quizas, Quizas" as a promotion fro that single. This last clip was part of a TV show that scheduled by national channel RAI during all last summer: XXVI Girofestival.
Both video were in the playlist ALL MUSIC a nation-wide musical Channel and they're about to be scheduled by VIVA and MtV Germany.
But 2004 brought more events for Ska-j such as the music for a TV and a Radio show (The Munchies and Caterraduno). Ska-j is now ending the last part of the year reaching more than 80 gigs for 2005 increasing this number from the two last years. Ska-j explosive ska was included in many compilation in Italy and abroad such as Clarino, Skannibal Party, Caterpillar Vol 6 and Vol 7 and recentely Venezia Skank and a compilationcomposed by Ixis and Steve a Dj set very famous in Italy.
